Imagine is a Membership-based organization. Our Business Model integrates a number of Concepts, starting with some early ones like Core Competences, concept of Clusters, Resource Based View of Competitive Advantage to more recent one like Syndicated Model of Business, Economic Webs, Networked Company, Unbundled Corporation and Multiagent Organization.

ImagineBusinessModel is designed as follows:  

  • Imagine is made of Multiple Agents and Meta-Agents - our Employees, Individual Members and our Business and Non-Profit Institutions.

  • All Agents within Imagine operate from the single Common Platform that is our Brand, Philosophy, consolidated Resources and Infrastructure.

  • Imagine is extremely Open System, where any Individual or Institution that meets our basic set of requirements can become a Member of ImagineWeb.

  • All ImagineInstitutions are established and operated as Joint Venture Partnerships with various companies and Non-Profit Organizations, specializing in their respective fields. Imagine is not involved in day-to-day operations management of any of ImagineInstitutions. Instead, we concentrate on overall system dynamics. We execute our management rights through multiple Boards of Directors.

  • As new Institution joins ImagineWeb, it is granted access and integrated into our Common Platform, existing Client Database, Marketing Channels, common Information Platform and othe Consolidated Resources and Infrastructure. Its business gets unbundled and restructured, where its Non-Core Activities and People involved are transferred to sister ImagineCompanies to whom these activities represent their Core Business. Short history of ImagineWeb has proven that with every New Member the overall resource base, robustness and ability of the entire System to learn and adapt grows in folds.

  • All of our Agents are quite diverse in their ethnic, educational, professional background and experience, accumulated knowledge and resources. This diversity provides Imagine with a wide pool of views, resources and expertise to handle increased dynamics and uncertainty of our external environment.

  • All the Agents within Imagine are continuously Interacting through our common Information Platform. This Interaction has been indeed one of our main sources of Creativity and Innovation. In every ImagineInstitution we support very democratic work style and environment. Thus, it would be fair to say that our Employees and Individual Members are largerly Self-Organized.
